Why Swim????
Maybe you're not quite sure whether to join swimming club or
not, well here's a few good reasons why swimming is good for you..........
1 - Tone those muscles! Swimming is one
of the few sports that uses and tones all the important muscle groups. Swimmers tend to look more youthful and toned as they
get older too!
2 - Low injury risk All the muscles are exercised without causing any strain, contact sports such
as rugby, football and hockey have injury rates 50-100 times higher!
3- Flexibility Swimming is one of the few sports
that promotes flexibility in all the joints, which may come in handy one day!
4 - Improve your health Evidence suggests
swimming improves your CV system, making heart and lung problems less likely to occur when you get old and grey!

- Aphrodisiac??? Swimming has been found to increase the sex drive of both men and women, and you're going to be far more
attractive to others if you're nicely toned from swimming rather than nicely rounded from sitting in the pub!
6 - Relive
your childhood Once you get bored of swimming properly you can always practice bombs and backflips, just don't let the
lifeguard catch you!
